30 Day Squat Challenge

Hey there girlies, we all want that beach body ready for the summer but maybe its not weight loss we are looking for maybe its just a bit of toning needed in certain areas.


Below is the table to work with so either print it out write it down or keep the link to it in my blog



I am starting on the 3rd of June 2013 (tomorrow) anyone who wants to join me at the same time or when ever drop a comment to tell me how you are getting on as i would love to know how its working out for other people.
